KCP REGISTRAR
The Registrar's Office is responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of all student records, from personal information to academic progress. It oversees the academic records from enrollment to graduation for students in both Basic Education and College, ensuring accurate filing of all transactions and documents.
OBJECTIVES
1. Administer an efficient registration and scheduling process to deliver the College’s curriculum in accordance with its policies and regulations.

2. Provide timely, precise guidance and support to students as they work toward degree completion, as well as faculty and staff involvement in the graduation process.

3. Ensure that the College maintains accurate personal, academic and enrollment records for its entire student population, past and present, and provide access to data derived from these records only when appropriate.

4. Demonstrate a philosophy of proactive leadership, collaboration and continual assessment that improves outcomes within the office and throughout the College.
SERVICES
Student Academic Records Maintenance
Responsible for the upkeep of permanent student academic records, such as transcripts, grades, and enrollment history.
Issuance of Official Academic Records
Issuance of official academic records such as official transcript of records, diploma, and certifications
Certification Authentication and Verification
Students who need their documents like their Transcript of records and diploma authenticated
Verification of Academic Records
The Office verifies student records as requested by various government or private institutions. This includes confirming the student's academic credentials.

Issuance of official academic records such as official transcript of records, diploma, and certifications
Transfer Credentials (Honorable Dismissal)
Transfer credentials are issued to students who wish to transfer to another educational institution, provided they have no unsettled obligations with KCP.
Issuance of Certifications
The Office provides various certifications upon request, such as Certificate of Enrollment, Certificate of Grades, Certificate of Graduation, Certificate of General Weighted Average, Certificate of English as the Medium of Instruction, ad Other certifications as required by the student

Request for Academic Records and Transfer Credentials
Accomplish the Request for Document Form (Form 2)
Indicate the type of request (e.g., Transfer Credential, Transcript of Records, Certificate).
Secure Necessary Clearances and Signature
For Transfer Credentials, ensure all required signatures are obtained for clearance purposes.
Payment of Fees
Pay the assessed amount at the Accounting Office.
Submission of Request Form
Return the accomplished request form to the Registrar’s Office.
Claiming of Document
Upon submission, the Registrar’s Office will issue a claim slip.
- Processing time:
- Certificates: Ready for pickup after 3 working days.
- Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma: Ready after 10 working days.
- Transfer Credential: Ready after 10 working days.
Unclaimed Documents
- If documents are unclaimed within 60 days from the date of application, they will be disposed of.
