KCP-Bambang Conducts Environmental Clean-up at Former Construction Barracks Area
As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and campus cleanliness, King’s College of the Philippines–Bambang, Inc., through the Pollution Control Office, conducted a Clean-Up Drive on February 21, 2026, at the former construction barracks area beside the gymnasium.
The activity focused on removing construction debris, residual materials, and scattered waste left after the dismantling of the temporary structure. Participants collected, segregated, and properly disposed of waste materials to restore the area and prevent potential environmental and safety hazards.
Reusable materials were recovered, while unserviceable items were properly disposed of through junk shop coordination to support waste reduction and responsible resource management. The initiative contributed to maintaining a cleaner campus environment and promoting sustainable waste management practices.
Through collaborative efforts among the Pollution Control Office, NSTP Department, and Utility Personnel, the activity reinforced environmental responsibility and the institution’s commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable learning environment for the school community.
