Courtesy Visit Strengthens Partnership Ahead of RAATI 2026
On March 21, 2026, LTC Paulo A. Espinosa, Director of the 203rd Regional Community Defense Group (RCDG), paid a courtesy call to Dr. Steve A. Solano, OIC-President of King’s College of the Philippines–Bambang, Inc.
Joining the visit were LTC Gabriel C. Ullani, KCP-ROTCU Commandant; CPL Fernando M. Liyac (INF) PA, Admin Logistics NCO and KCP-ROTCU Chief Clerk; 2PLT Nazzarene D. Domingo PA (RES); Kleam Kitano, NSTP Coordinator; and Genevieve A. Marquez, Chief Academic Officer.
The meeting focused on preparations for the upcoming Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI). Discussions centered on administrative readiness, operational capability, compliance with higher headquarters’ directives, and strengthening the Reserve Force program.
The courtesy visit also highlighted the shared commitment of KCP-Bambang and the Philippine Army Reserve Force to leadership development, civic responsibility, and national security.
